Cookie Policy

These are required for the site to work, so they do not need consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.

• Authentication session (sb-… tokens): keeps you signed in and tied to your dashboard. Lasts up to 30 days or until you sign out.
• Security and abuse prevention: protects sign-in and booking actions. Session-length.
• Cookie consent record: stores your Accept or Reject choice so we stop asking. Up to 12 months.

We do not run advertising trackers. If optional observability is enabled, VeroGig uses PostHog to understand a small set of booking-funnel events and Sentry to diagnose software errors. Their code is not loaded unless you press Accept. We disable automatic interaction capture, session recording and personal profiles, and we exclude the administrator console.

• Product analytics: anonymous page and completion events with no names, email addresses, messages, full addresses or user IDs. VeroGig configures in-memory browser persistence rather than a tracking profile.
• Error diagnostics: redacted technical error messages and page paths. Request bodies, cookies, headers and user identity are removed before transmission.
• Preference cookies: remember non-essential choices such as a dismissed banner. Up to 12 months.

Audition clips are served from our own private storage using short-lived signed links, so watching a clip does not set third-party cookies.

Your choice is stored in your browser. Clearing your browser's site data for verogig.app removes it and the consent banner will appear again, letting you make a fresh choice. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you being able to sign in.
